The Home Lands Sri Lanka Cricket Awards 2024 will be held in grand style tomorrow in Colombo, celebrating outstanding performances in both domestic and international cricket. A total of 46 awards will be presented, recognizing excellence across men’s and women’s categories, along with lifetime achievements and officiating excellence.

The event will be graced by the Minister of Youth Affairs and Sports, Sunil Kumara Gamage, as the Chief Guest. Hosted by Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) under the leadership of President Shammi Silva, the awards night promises to bring together top-tier athletes, cricket legends, diplomats, and sports officials.

Among the key highlights are nominations for top performers like Charith Asalanka, Wanindu Hasaranga, Chamari Athapaththu, and Kaveesha Dilhari across multiple formats. Recognition will also be given for Best Match Referee, Best Umpire, and Lifetime Achievement Awards, with special attention on the coveted Cricketer of the Year (Men’s & Women’s) honors.

The event reflects SLC’s continued commitment to promoting excellence and recognizing talent at all levels of Sri Lankan cricket.
