South Africa’s experienced all-rounder Chloe Tryon has been named the ICC Women’s Player of the Month for May 2025.

Tryon earned the honour for her standout performances during the ODI tri-series against Sri Lanka and India, where she contributed consistently with both bat and ball. This marks her first ICC monthly award.

She was chosen ahead of fellow nominees Deepti Sharma (India) and Chamari Athapaththu (Sri Lanka), following her impactful all-round displays that helped South Africa achieve key victories in the series.
