Colombo, April 25 — The stage is set for one of the most anticipated hockey events of the year as ten leading alma mater clubs gear up for the Double Blue Hockey 7s 2025, competing for the prestigious Walter Jayasuriya Trophy. The tournament will take place on April 26 at the Wesley College Grounds.

This year’s men’s league features a star-studded lineup of old boys’ clubs from across the island, each representing decades of tradition, rivalry, and sporting excellence.
